Hockey Queensland are entering second teams for both the U18 Men's and U18 Women's Australian Championships. Thus Hockey QLD are calling for EOIs for team positions for both Men's and Women's teams.
The Tassie Tour was a beneficial trip with the focus on development and trialling different concepts on field with no pressure of results, nor there a focus on competition.
A Development camp will be conducted from 11 – 14 November for the Qld under 13 Girls & Boys who disappointingly had their National Championships cancelled in October due to Covid.
These information sessions are vital for Associations to understand the new frameworks introduced by Hockey Australia, which Hockey Queensland adopts and encourages all Associations to also implement.
Despite the cancellation of the Australian Indoor Championships, Hockey Queensland assures the Indoor hockey community that the Hockey Queensland Indoor State Championships are currently planned to go ahead as announced, and we are looking forward to having record numbers of players and families involved.

After Expressions of Interest were submitted by Associations, Hockey Queensland and the Men’s Masters Committee are proud to announce that the 60+ Masters State Carnival will be hosted by Sunshine Coast Hockey Association on 27th – 29th May 2022.
