HQ Officials Appointments Process and Criteria

HQ Officials Appointments are made from EOIs submitted each year for both Outdoor and Indoor Tournaments and based on the HQ Appointments Criteria for Tournament Officials and Technical and/or Umpire Panels.

QLD Officials Recommendation Lists

Officials are added to the QLD Officials Recommendation List who show potential for National Tournaments from their recent performance at QLD State Championships events, embody #TeamQLD Values, adhere to the HA Code of Conduct, and who are active at HQ level within the current season in the role they are being recommended for.

Hockey QLD will review the QLD Officials Recommendation List after each season for Outdoor and Indoor. Hockey Australia may request updates to these lists at various times during the calendar year however National updates are usually requested in October/November each year.
