The Junior Blaze Program is a unique opportunity available to junior athletes of all skill levels and abilities.
The program is designed to see our athletes succeed on and off the field with the #TEAMQLD culture embedded through our state-wide quality clinics, resources, Brisbane Blaze player interactions, and much more.

Access to clinics held on Turf or Grass Fields in Queensland Hockey Association centres with:
- Skill sessions tailored to attending members
- Sessions focussing on HQ High-Performance training drills but slowed down to focus on the essential and technical foundations of hockey
- Coaching by Blaze players
- Build a connection with Brisbane Blaze Players
- Prizes to be won (merch, vouchers, certificates)
- GK sessions

Q. Is the program for personal development?
A. Yes, the program is a personal development for all junior athletes.
The program is a skill-focused run program targeted to better develop our junior athletes.
The program does NOT have any interaction or connection with selection into State Trials/Teams/Squads we are a personal development program.
Q. Will regional athletes be able to attend a clinic?
A. Yes! The program runs throughout the state. If your Association is interested in hosting a Clinic, please contact us!
Q. What age groups are invited?
A. Athletes aged 10 - 17 years.
Q. What does Brisbane Blaze Interactions mean?
A. Our very own Brisbane Blaze heroes will be attending our clinics and running the skill sessions.
