2026 U21 National Championships Wrap Up

Published Fri 01 May 2026

The U21 National Championships saw our Queensland teams come away with Gold and a fourth place finish.

The Queensland Women produced another outstanding campaign, going through the tournament unbeaten with just one draw before claiming the national title in the final two minutes against NSW.

The Queensland Men also delivered a strong performance across the championships, with their only losses coming against the top two sides. They then took NSW right to the end in a hard-fought bronze medal match, narrowly going down 1–0.

Congratulations to our Queensland athletes and to our officials on representing our state well!
