The Hockey Australia Indoor Championships made a welcome return to the national hockey stage in Brisbane over January.

The two Queensland teams played against each other in the 5/6th classification match to round out their tournament.

Karissa van der Wath - Player of the Final
The U18 Maroon team came from 2 nil down to draw the game at 3 all at full time forcing it into a shoot out. The team won the shoot out 2-1 winning the tournament. It’s the first time in 12 years that NSW has been defeated in the U18 women’s Nationals! 🏆🥇 Alex Risetto also scored all 3 goals in the final as well as her shootout.

Jordan Donald - Highest Goalscorer for the Tournament (18)
The U15 Boys Maroon beat NSW State in the Grand Final winning 6-4. Quinlan Carey received Player of the Final.
