Hockey Queensland is calling for Association or Individual team nominations for the upcoming 2026 Masters Indoor Challenge (Men & Women) to be held in Maryborough from Friday 30th October 2026 to Sunday 1st November 2026.

HQ will invoice individual players from each Team the $33.00 (inc gst) Indoor Challenge Player Fee as soon as the Team Lists access has been closed.  Players will need to pay this fee by the due date to be eligible to play at the Masters Indoor Challenge (Men's & Women's).  All Team Nomination, Team Entry Lists and Individual Player Fees will be managed through HQ RevSPORT.  Team Contact Person/Team Managers will be provided list of players who have not paid their Indoor Challenge Player Fee and/or their HQ Senior Indoor Player Levy Fee to chase up or the player will not be approved to participate in the Tournament.

Team Nominations will close at 5:00pm Wednesday 30th September 2026.  Financial Penalties may apply if deadlines are not met.

All Team Officials and Players, Team Umpires and Technical Officials must be registered within RevSPORT portal. If your team has additional Umpires and Technical Officials available to officiate at the Masters Indoor Challenge please email the HQ Competitions Coordinator with these details.

Teams must have a non-playing Team Manager who holds no other role with the team, and is minimum 18years of age for all teams entered into the Master Indoor Challenge (Men's & Women's). 

Association and/or Individual Teams competing at the HQ Masters Indoor Challenge (Men's & Women's) acknowledge they are required to be available for the full duration of the Tournament, i.e. Teams need to ensure they have arranged players and team officials arrival prior to Day 1 of competition commencing, departure will be dependent on the Final day of competition's match schedule and will not be confirmed until during the Tournament.  Teams are asked to ensure their departure is inline with the match schedule.  Matches can start at 8am on Friday 30th October 2026.

Managers, Technical and Umpire Meetings will be conducted online within 4-7 days leading up to the commencement of the Tournament.  The relevant meeting online details will be provided to Associations/Team Contacts, Managers, Technical and Umpires closer to the Tournament.

** Acceptance of team nominations may be affected if the team nomination requirements are not met when entering Association and/or Individual teams**
