Women’s Masters State Championships Wrap Up

Published Tue 13 Jun 2023

The Hockey Queensland Women’s Masters State Championships was another huge success last weekend with 50 teams competing over 7 fields in Toowoomba.

It was announced that the Player of the Tournament Award now be known as the “Jenny Tidey Player of the Tournament”. Jenny Tidey OAM is a life member of Hockey Queensland.

It was a fantastic tournament hosted by Toowoomba Hockey Association and a big thank you to everyone involved in making it happen, in particular the Women’s Masters Committee. This extends to our players, team officials, volunteers, tech officials and umpires.
