RevSPORT Events

Team Nominations

  • Individual HQ Tournament Team Nomination event link for Association Team Entry
  • HQ will email all event links individually approximately two (2) weeks prior to the Team Nominations closing for each event. 
  • Team Nominations close 30-40 days prior to each Tournament commencing.

Team Entry List:

  • RevSPORT Team Entry List access for each Association will open within 3 days of the Team Nominations closing.
  • Associations will be able to access their Teams via RevSPORT Peak Body Teams. 
  • Associations will then be able to add their Team Officials (Coach, Assistant Coach, Manager, Umpire and Technical volunteer) to the Team Officials section.  All team officials must be registered on your Association RevSPORT portal.
  • Associations will be able to add their age eligible players to their Team Player section.  Noting only age eligible players within your Association database will be made available to you to add. 
  • Any underage players will require a Player Dispensation to be lodged via RevSPORT Teams Player Dispensation function (add a Player Dispensation).
  • Any players from another Association who have been provided temporary clearance to your team will need to be added by Hockey Queensland Competitions Coordinator. 
  • Ensure the Player shirt numbers are correct (1-99 only), Captain and Goalkeeper are both identified.

Player Dispensations:

  • Player Dispensations need to be submitted to HQ for approval to play at specific Tournaments. 
  • Refer to the Minimum Age Requirements document to check the Criteria for any submissions.
  • Player Dispensations will be lodged via two ways:
  • Underage player within your Association:

Lodge via RevSPORT Team Player section > Add Player Dispensation > Information required – Player Date of Birth, National ID Number, Reason for requesting dispensation, dates of tournament that dispensation is needed

  • Underage player from another Association:

Lodge via email to HQ Competitions Coordinator with the required information – Player name, date of Birth, National ID number, Association they are registered with and confirmation the Player’s Association has provided a player clearance and the reason for the dispensation request for this player.

Notice of Ineligibility for State Selection
To be completed by the player or their parent/ guardian who do not wish to be considered for State Squad/Team Selection from a Tournament.

Player Exemption
To be completed by the player or their parent/ guardian who are seeking exemption from playing at the event at which they would have been considered for State Team selection.

Player Clearance
The player’s Primary Association will need to submit this Player Clearance form by the Association Admin logging into the survey with their RevSPORT login (if asked) > then complete the required fields with the player info. 

Have handy the player’s Nat ID No, First Name, Last Name, DOB, then fill in the rest of the info and submit.
Associations will not get an email of the copy of the submission, a message will pop up on the screen.
