Hockey Queensland appoints Umpire Coaches to each State Championships.
HQ Umpire Coach Feedback Form provides Hockey Queensland with information on our appointed Umpire Coach and their performance at each event they manage. This information allows Hockey Queensland to identify areas of improvement and successes for our Umpire Coaches.
The form is sent to relevant stakeholders who have a direct working relationship with the appointed Umpire Coach. These identified stakeholders include Tournament Directors, Assistant Tournament Directors, Technical Managers, Assistant Technical Managers, co-Umpire Coaches and Umpires and HQ staff for all HQ State Championships and/or HQ Events.
The HQ Umpire Coach Feedback Form information will be kept on file with Hockey Queensland Office and used as part of the appointment process for future HQ State Championships. All feedback submissions will be collated and provided to individuals. All submissions are anonymous, however to access the Feedback form you will need to log in with your RevSPORT Member details as the form can only be accessed by Current registered members of HQ.
