Hockey Queensland appoints Tournament Directors to each State Championships.
HQ Tournament Director Feedback Form provides Hockey Queensland with information on our appointed Tournament Director and their performance at each event they manage. This information allows Hockey Queensland to identify areas of improvement and successes for our Tournament Directors.
The form is sent to relevant stakeholders who have a direct working relationship with the appointed Tournament Director. These identified stakeholders include Team Managers, Host Tournament Convenor, Umpire Manager, Umpire Coaches, Assistant Tournament Director, Technical Manager, Assistant Technical Managers, Technical Officials and HQ staff for all HQ State Championships and/or HQ Events.
The HQ Tournament Director Feedback Form information will be kept on file with Hockey Queensland Office and used as part of the appointment process for future HQ State Championships. All feedback submissions will be collated and provided to individuals. All submissions are anonymous, however to access the Feedback form you will need to log in with your RevSPORT Member details as the form can only be accessed by Current registered members of HQ.
