QLD Under 18 Women draw with ACT

The QLD Under 18 Women’s team came up against their toughest challengers yet today in day three of the 2011 Australian Under 18 Women’s Championship being played at the State Hockey Centre.
Queensland recorded a 1-1 draw with the ACT in the last match of the day.
Queensland coaching staff said the ACT are a great team and showed that Queensland will need to show greater conviction in future matches.
Tomorrow is a rest day of the tournament. Play resumes on Saturday and Queensland will take on Western Australia.
