WANDERERS TOURS 2009
Places still available!
Wanderers Australia puts together invitation hockey teams in boys, girls, mens and womens, of all abilities and ages - which gives YOU the opportunity to tour overseas and play hockey against some of the world biggest clubs. Over 1500 players during the last 10 years have toured with us to all parts of the globe. The program is supported by Hockey Queensland.
You will join individual players from across Australia in your team, to tour some fantastic destinations in either Europe, North or South America. Most players are the only one from their club or association, and are combined with players in a similar situation.
All levels are welcome and you will be placed in a team according to your level and age. All teams are accompanied by experienced coaches and managers who have experience at representative level.
All teams are filled first come first in. There are no tryouts or selections involved. All tours are paid off over 2008 with a number of instalments to assist financially.
Players aged 14 to 18 are eligible for our junior tours, and those players 18 to veterans are eligible to travel on our 18+ hockey Tours.
On our 18+ tours, non playing partners, friends etc are most welcome to travel with us and they too will have a memorable experience visiting the countries we travel to.
All tours include international flights, travel insurance, accommodation with breakfast, some dinners, transfers, matches and sightseeing highlights.
