Caloundra Hockey to attend 2011 Champions Trophy thanks to Hin2H

Congratulation goes to the Caloundra Seahawks Hockey Club who were recently named as the winners of the 2010 Hookin2Hockey competition.
All clubs who registered a Hookin2Hockey program in 2010 went in the draw to win a trip for two to an international series in 2011.
As winners of this competition Caloundra Seahawks will receive two tickets, airfares and accommodation to the 2011 Women’s Champions Trophy in Amsterdam for 5 days.
“Caloundra Hockey are ECSTATIC to be recipients of this incredible prize from Hockey Australia. We plan to use the prize to create some much needed funds for the club which will be put towards the purchase of equipment and developing our junior programs. Thanks so much to the national Hookin2Hockey initiative and to Hockey Australia for this opportunity,” said club spokesperson Belle Stevenson.
Hockey Australia will be running the competition again in 2011. Clubs/ Associations are able to sign up HERE and individuals can sign up HERE, all registered participants will then go into the draw.
