The release of an exciting new programme between Hockey Queensland & Queensland Academy of Sport, AHL & Under 18 Trial Dates and more

UPDATED SQUADS:

The 2010 Hockey Queensland AHL, Under 21 & Under 18 State Squads, for both Male & Female have been updated and are now online (under Teams).

TRIAL DATES:
Friday 12 February - Sunday 14 February 2010
OAMPS Queensland Blades and Under 18 Men

Friday 19 - Sunday 21 February 2010
OAMPS Queensland Scorchers and Under 18 Women
 
Trials will be conducted at the State Hockey Centre.  All players will be expected to be available on the Friday, with those requiring flights to arrive in Brisbane by lunchtime on Friday and return on Sunday afternoon. All players will need to arrange their own accommodation for the weekend.  Further details will be forwarded to all players closer to the dates.  However this allows you to start putting plans into place for travel, accommodation and to help players perform at their optimum during the trials.

 

EXCITING NEW INITIATIVE WITH HQ & QAS:
Also announced are the relative Hockey Queensland/QAS squads, under the new “Hockey Queensland Development Pathway” programme.

New documents have been loaded online to outline the new "Hockey Queensland Development Pathway" which creates an exciting new working relationship with the QAS.  This relationship and new structure provides all players throughout Queensland with a clear and transparent “Whole of State” pathway through an integrated programme.  Click on the links below (or head straight to the Development tab) to find out more information:
