U21 Women - Brisbane

Victoria take Championship inside the last minutes of the National Under 21 Women's Championship Grand Final, being held at the State Hockey Centre in Brisbane. Congratulations and thank you to all participants and spectators on an amazing tournament.

Under 18 Men - Canberra

2007, 2008, 2009 and now 2010 - Queensland has regained its premiership title for the fourth year in a row. Outstanding effort by all. Congratulations to Coach Shane Hagan and his team.

U18 Women - Pt Lincoln

Congratulations to Barry Vohland and his team on a gallant effort in Port Lincoln today. Unfortunately the girls lost to Victoria in the final, but the team can still hold their heads high after a fantastic championship, with outstanding results from individuals and as a team.

U21 Men - Melbourne

Victoria wins thriller in front of home crowd in the Rothfield 2010 National Under 21 Men's Championships in Melbourne. Queensland convincingly wins classification game against Northern Territory to avoid wooden spoon.

National U21 Women Starts

The Australian Under 21 Women’s Championship will be held at the State Hockey Centre in Brisbane from Tuesday 20 July to Saturday 31 July. Queensland who won the Australian Under 21 Women’s title in 2006 and 2007 finished runners-up in 2008 and this year will seek to improve on their fifth placing in 2009.

National Championships

Queensland's top Men's and Women's Under 13, Under 15 and Veterans players are all currently or about to embark on their 2010 Championship campaigns around the country. We wish all teams the very best for their respective events.

National Indoor Champs

Queensland's best indoor players are competing at the Under 21 and Open National Championships in Wollongong this week. HQ and the Queensland hockey community wish all teams the best of luck!
