Congratulations to Barry Vohland and his team on a gallant effort in Port Lincoln today. Unfortunately the girls lost to Victoria in the final, but the team can still hold their heads high after a fantastic championship, with outstanding results from individuals and as a team.

Victoria wins thriller in front of home crowd in the Rothfield 2010 National Under 21 Men's Championships in Melbourne. Queensland convincingly wins classification game against Northern Territory to avoid wooden spoon.

National U21 Women Starts

The Australian Under 21 Women’s Championship will be held at the State Hockey Centre in Brisbane from Tuesday 20 July to Saturday 31 July. Queensland who won the Australian Under 21 Women’s title in 2006 and 2007 finished runners-up in 2008 and this year will seek to improve on their fifth placing in 2009.
