Officiating - the benefits

Formally known as National Officiating Accreditation (NOAS), Hockey Australia has combined with the Australian Sports Commission and introduced a new structure and education process for umpires and the like. Will this effect you? Find out now...

Since the launch of the new HockeyEd programs in April, Hockey Australia has received very positive feedback and has seen encouraging increases in accredited umpires and officials.  One of the additional inclusions of the new HockeyEd accreditation structure will be the introduction of a HockeyEd Membership as part of your accreditation. Currently accredited personnel will have the option of purchasing a membership to receive access to a number of exciting membership benefits specific to their level of accreditation. The HockeyEd Membership will be available for purchase online from 15th January 2008. What are the benefits of being a member? Any new accreditations, upgrades or renewals will be valid for a period of two years from the 1st October in the year in which it was obtained. Therefore, all current accreditations will be adjusted to the common expiry date of 1st October in the year in which their accreditation is due to expire. Are you details up to date? If you did not receive an email with this notice it is likely to be because your contact details are out-of-date on the Hockey Australia accreditation database, please contact us with your current details HockeyEd@hockey.org.au
